Entrust your devices in need of repair to our experts with decades of experience! The work is carried out in our own fully equipped repair center in Hungary, where we also have the opportunity to test parts. Your faulty device will be collected by our colleague (LINK for contacts) at a pre-arranged time as soon as possible. The part will be inspected at our center, and we will send you a quote. Thanks to our technicians' expertise, we always provide our quotes upfront, so you won’t encounter any surprises during the process. Our repair fees are favorable, usually amounting to 20-40% of the price of new products. We only begin work once the quote has been accepted. No shipping or diagnostic fees are charged! You only pay for completed, successful repairs. Repair work is carried out at our company group's own center in Hungary. This allows us to work with a significantly shorter turnaround than competitors with an international network. We offer a 12-month full warranty on our repairs. REPLACEMENT

You may also request our replacement service if the product is available in our stock. In this case, you do not need to wait for the repair time; the new part will be shipped immediately to you. Depending on the condition of your old product, we will credit its value towards the price of the new one, allowing you to obtain it for a significantly lower amount than the standard retail price.

    1What are your delivery times?
    For products in stock, delivery within Hungary takes 1-3 business days, and within Europe 3-4 business days. For items in external warehouses, delivery takes approximately 3-6 business days. For repair services, we usually deliver devices within 14 business days.
    2What should I do if I can't find the product I'm looking for in the webshop?
    Thanks to our extensive international network, we can procure industrial electronic equipment at a favorable price and within a short deadline. Request a quote for the products you are looking for, and our colleague will respond to you as soon as possible!
    3Do you repair malfunctioning industrial electronic products?
    Yes. As part of our repair service, we will collect and inspect your devices for free, then provide you with a repair quote. If you place an order, our experienced specialists will carry out the work in our repair center in Hungary with a quick turnaround and at a competitive price.
    4How much do I have to pay if the product cannot be repaired?
    If the repair is unsuccessful, you do not pay. We do not charge for diagnostics or shipping costs; you only pay for completed, successful repairs.
    5What delivery methods can I choose?
    In our webshop, you can choose from GLS, DHL, and Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post) when placing your order.
    6Is emergency shipping available?
    Yes. Contact our Sales Manager by phone, and we will arrange for urgent delivery of in-stock products.
    7Do you accept trade-ins for malfunctioning products towards new ones?
    Yes. As part of our replacement service, we will credit the defective product towards the price of a new one, allowing you to receive it at a significantly reduced price.
