1 When will I receive the ordered product?
For products in stock, delivery takes 1-3 business days within Hungary, and 3-4 business days within Europe. For items in external warehouses, the delivery time is approximately 3-6 business days. For repair services, the devices are usually returned within 14 business days.
2 What should I do if I can't find the product I'm looking for in the online store?
Thanks to our extensive international network, we can procure industrial electronic devices at favorable prices and with short lead times. Send a request for a quote for the products you are looking for, and our colleague will get back to you as soon as possible!
3 Do you undertake the repair of defective industrial electronic products?
Yes. As part of our repair service, we will receive and inspect the device free of charge, then send you a quote. In case of an order, our experienced specialists will carry out the repair in our Hungarian service center with a quick turnaround and at a competitive price.
4 How much will I have to pay if the product cannot be repaired?
If the repair is not successful, there is no charge. We do not charge any diagnostic or shipping fees, we only charge for the successfully completed repair.
5 What shipping methods can I choose from?
When ordering in our web store, you can choose from GLS, DHL and Magyar Posta courier services.
6 Is express delivery possible?
Yes. Contact our sales representative by phone and we will arrange express delivery for products in stock.
7 Do you accept a defective product as a credit when purchasing a new one?
Yes. As part of our exchange service, we will include the defective product in the price of the new product, so you can get it for a significantly lower price.
